How to order.
Electronic Parts Outlet has all items directly in stock. The webshop works with a real-time stock. This means that if the desired quantity can be ordered in the webshop, it is always in stock. In case of insufficient stock, this is immediately indicated by a message. If this occurs, please send an email to inform us when the stock will be replenished.
Ordering is also very simple. The articles can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the button next to the relevant product. At the top right of the page, the contents of the shopping cart are displayed with the number of articles with descriptions and the total amount (including VAT) that is in the shopping cart.
To send the order, click on the orange button “show shopping cart” at the top right. The shopping cart will open and show the items you have placed in it.
Here you can still change quantities or remove articles. If everything is to your liking, click on the order button and go through a total of 4 more steps.

In the third step, you agree to our terms and conditions to be able to finalize the order in the fourth step.
The order is only final after the fourth step of the ordering process. In this way, you can check how much the additional shipping costs are and only then decide whether you agree.

Delivery and shipping
The costs of standard shipping start at € 9.50 depending on the destination.
Ideally, we would like everything to be at your home by tomorrow, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Within Europe, the shipment generally takes between 3 and 5 days. Within the Netherlands usually within 24 hours. In any case, order before 16:00, which saves another day.
Exchange and return
Don't like your purchase? That can happen, we make exchanges no problem!
